What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery usually takes:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 days
- Alex & Delta: 2–4 days
- Upper Egypt & Red Sea: 3–6 days
You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship to all cities across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta, Upper Egypt, and coastal areas.
Are your products microwave & dishwasher safe?
Most of our tableware is microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe unless stated otherwise on the product page. Pharaonic gold-rimmed items should be hand-washed only to preserve the artwork.
How do you package fragile items?
All pieces are packed using multi-layer protective packaging, including shock-absorbent wraps, thick boxes, and sealing to prevent movement during shipping. If anything arrives broken, we will replace it immediately.

All our products are proudly made in Egypt. We work with skilled local manufacturers to highlight the true quality Egyptian craftsmanship can offer. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets the highest standards.
